Research what topic you'd like to learn more about as well as teach the audience that will be participating in the activity. (For example, 8 dimensions of wellness, mental health promotion, or substance use prevention).
Create a checklist of necessary material for the activity (For example, poster board, markers, sticky notes, etc.)
With the guidance of GBHWC PEACE staff, create an interactive activity that can be done at an outreach event that you will incorporate what you've learned into it. (For example, creating and designing a poster board asking the audience what they do to take care of their mental health and letting the audience share their answers on sticky notes to place on the poster board.)
Schedule a time/day to demonstrate the activity to GBHWC PEACE staff and turn in reflection paper.
